Oceantera: Joint venture established

Recognizing the need for sustainable projects in the South East Asian region, OceanPixel Pte Ltd (Singapore) and Aquatera (UK) have established a joint venture, Oceantera, in May 2016 to focus on project development of energy and related applications.

NORSAMELCO expresses its support to Oceantera-poseidon re hybrid project in San Antonio, Northern Samar

In a letter of support dated October 2018 signed by the Acting General Manager, Engr Hector Tabilisma, Northern Samar Electric Cooperative (NORSAMELCO), as the distributing utility for the Municipality of San Antonio, Northern Samar, signifies its support to the development of an integrated renewable energy project in Dalupiri Island, San Antonio, Northern Samar.

Oceantera and Poseidon RE Corp inks Partnership

Poseidon and Oceantera have embarked on joint development of ocean energy projects in the Philippines starting with sites in San Bernardino Strait. The MOU between Oceantera and Poseidon was signed in April 2018.

Oceantera establishes cooperation with the association of isolated electric cooperatives of the philippines

Oceantera and AIEC have signed a Memorandum of Agreement to work together on the development and implementation of projects in the Missionary Electrification / Small Power Utilities Group (SPUG) Areas related to Renewable Energy, specifically hybrid systems and those with marine renewable energy components. Mr Rene Fajilagutan, AIEC President, signed the MOU in October 2018.

oceantera gets approval for a PhIlippine Department of Energy RE Service Contract

Oceantera got a nod of approval from the Philippine Department of Energy for a commercial ocean energy project. DOE awarded the Service Contract in October 2018.

OCEANTERA VISITS THE WORLD’S LARGEST FLOATING pv tESTBED

As part of the development activities related to floating solar projects, Oceantera joined the site visit to the floating PV testbed located in Tengeh Reservoir, Singapore conducted during the Asia Clean Energy Summit 2018. The facility is managed by Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore.
